All children at 197 are allocated a key person when they start nursery. We have a settling in period which will introduce the child gradually and allow time for the family to get to know the staff, routine and environment.
During their time at nursery, all children will be observed regularly and their development monitored through the use of individual profiles and learning journeys. This will then be linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for children aged birth to five years.
